First-Time Buyer's Club

Airing on OWN and streaming on Max, First-Time Buyer's Club stars realtor Amina Stevens as she aims to educate and support first-time home buyers on their path to home ownership.

As a story producer, I oversaw storylines within episodes, collaborating closely with both the production and edit teams to ensure the story is communicated clearly and effectively. I was responsible for writing voice-over lines and formal interview prompts designed to push story forward, and educate the audience by explaining intricacies of the housing market for first-time home buyers in simple terms. I also worked hands-on with footage in Avid Media Composer, marking footage and assembling a-cuts for editors, then providing notes throughout the edit process. Finally, I helped with deliverables, compiling photo logs and writing official series and episode descriptions for the network.
